Ingredients
7 oz (200g) Chinese Style Lo Mein Noodles
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. (230g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 oz. (175g) bok choy, sliced
8 oz. (175g) red bell pepper, sliced
White sesame seeds for garnish
Sauce:
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions. After cooking, rinse under cold water, drain, and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Heat a skillet on high and add cooking oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp. Stir-fry until the shrimp turns pink.
Add bok choy and red bell pepper to the skillet, mixing well.
Pour the Sauce over the skillet contents, mixing thoroughly. Add the cooked noodles, stirring to coat everything evenly with the Sauce.
Garnish with white sesame seeds and serve hot.
