1 dozen oysters in their shells
4 teaspoons Creole seasoning
6 tablespoons butter, softened

¼ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Instructions
Prep the Compound Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, Creole seasoning, parsley, lemon zest, and minced garlic until well combined into a thick paste.
Clean and Shuck the Oysters:
