Ingredients
2 Cups Corn
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Dry corn kernels with a paper towel.
Heat olive oil and butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add corn to the skillet and sprinkle the seasoning blend over it. Stir to evenly coat.
Spread the corn across the skillet and gently press down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Stir, press the corn down again, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until it darkens around the edges.
Serve immediately.
