2 cups heavy cream
6 cups milk
1 (12 oz) package high-quality white chocolate chips
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree

Instructions

Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker:
In a 6-quart slow cooker, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until everything is well combined and smooth.
