- Olive oil spray
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 fresh garlic clove, crushed
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 8 oz cold smoked salmon
- Capers
- Fresh dill sprigs
Instructions
- Prepare the Crostini: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut baguette into slices, arrange on baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 9 minutes.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: Combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the Crostini: Place smoked salmon on cooled crostini slices, top with cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish and Serve: Add capers and fresh dill sprigs on top of each crostini. Serve and enjoy!
