  • Olive oil spray
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz cold smoked salmon
  • Capers
  • Fresh dill sprigs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crostini: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut baguette into slices, arrange on baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 9 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: Combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the Crostini: Place smoked salmon on cooled crostini slices, top with cream cheese mixture.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Add capers and fresh dill sprigs on top of each crostini. Serve and enjoy!
