Ingredients
2 cups big shrimp
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon parsley
½ teaspoon paprika powder
Instructions
Wash the shrimp with cold water.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Preheat a small skillet to medium-hot, add olive oil and warm for a few seconds before adding the onion.
Stir continuously to prevent burning. Once the onion starts to turn translucent, add the garlic and continue to stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add red pepper flakes and paprika to infuse the oil. Stir in the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink, about 1 minute per side.
Reduce the heat and serve the shrimp hot with fresh bread.
