300 g boneless white fish, cut into cubes
¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
For Fish Spice Mix:

1 teaspoon vinegar
12 teaspoons peri peri seasoning
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour


Instructions

Marinate the fish cubes with vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour to coat evenly.
In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons flour, and dried parsley.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Dip each piece of fish first into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside. Optionally, freeze the fish nuggets at this point for later cooking.
To Deep Fry: Heat oil in a deep pot. Fry the fish nuggets over medium heat until golden on each side. Drain on paper towels.
To Air Fry: Arrange fish nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray with some olive oil. Air fry at 180°C for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
To Bake: Bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
Serve with tartar sauce or your preferred dip, and sprinkle extra peri peri seasoning if desired.
