Juice of 2 limes
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp chipotle paste (see notes)
1 tsp chili powder or chili flakes
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 ½ Tbsp onion powder
1 ½ Tbsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp salt


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a resealable bag, jar, or container.
Shake or whisk vigorously to ensure all seasonings dissolve and combine well.
Add the chicken to the bag or container and shake or turn to coat all sides evenly with the marinade.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before cooking, or freeze until ready to use.
