Description

Spinach Dip Bites are the ultimate finger food, perfect for gatherings, game days, or a cozy night in. These bite-sized treats bring the flavors of classic spinach dip wrapped in a golden, flaky crescent dough cup. With a creamy spinach and artichoke filling topped with melted mozzarella, they’re easy to make and even easier to eat! Serve these up as an appetizer, and watch them disappear in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated seamless crescent dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the softened cream cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well until combined, then season with garlic salt and black pepper. Set the mixture aside.
  3. Roll out the seamless crescent dough on a cutting board, gently stretching it to form an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into 2-inch squares, making a total of 24 squares.
  4. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and place a dough square into each slot, pressing down to create a small indentation. Spoon about one teaspoon of the spinach mixture into each dough cup, pressing it gently to fit. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of each cup.
  5. Bake the bites for 15–17 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and the cheese is melted. Allow them to cool in the muffin tin for 5–10 minutes before removing and serving.
