Spring Oreo Pops

1 bag of Oreos 🍪
White chocolate melts (about 24 oz) 🍫
Lollipop sticks (24 sticks) 🍭
Spring-themed sprinkles 🌸


Instructions

1️⃣ Twist and Separate: Twist off the tops of the Oreos. 🍪

2️⃣ Prepare the Sticks: Melt a handful of white chocolate melts in the microwave. Dip a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and place it on the cream side of the Oreo. Press gently with the other half of the Oreo. Let the chocolate set to firm up the stick in the cookie. 🍫🍭

3️⃣ Melt the Chocolate: Melt the rest of the white chocolate melts in a mug or tall glass in the microwave until smooth. 🍫

4️⃣ Dip the Oreos: Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s fully covered. Tap gently on the side of the glass to remove excess chocolate. 🥄

5️⃣ Decorate: Immediately dip the Oreo pops into a shallow dish of sprinkles or place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and sprinkle the decorations on top. 🌸

6️⃣ Harden: Place the decorated Oreo pops on the baking sheet to harden. You can refrigerate them for about 20 minutes to ensure the chocolate is completely firm. ❄️

7️⃣ Enjoy: Once the chocolate is set, your Oreo pops are ready to be enjoyed or packaged as gifts. 🎁
