Ingredients
2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb baby Yukon potatoes, quartered
5 mini corn on the cobs, sliced into thirds
1 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Kinder’s buttery steak seasoning
2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 sheets of heavy-duty foil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, add steak, potatoes, corn, onions, garlic, and oil. Toss to mix.
Add seasonings, stir to coat.
Place foil on a flat surface and spoon ⅕th of the mixture onto the foil, adding 3 pieces of corn on the cobs in each packet.
Place a tablespoon of butter into each packet.
Fold to seal and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
