  • 375 g (12) chipolatas
  • 45 ml light soy sauce
  • 45 ml mirin
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 190°C (Fan 180°C) or 375°F. Line a baking dish with tin foil.
  2. Prepare the Chipolatas: Cut each chipolata sausage in half to make 24 mini bites.
  3. Make the Teriyaki Sauce: In the lined baking dish, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, and sesame seeds. Stir well.
  4. Coat and Bake: Add chipolata bites to the baking dish, coat them in the teriyaki sauce, and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
