1 box strawberry cake mix
1 large egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Generously spray a donut pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Pour the batter into a large ziplock bag, then cut off one corner to create a piping bag. Pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity only halfway. This allows the donuts to rise without overflowing.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
While the donuts cool, prepare the icing by mixing the confectioners sugar and milk together until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
