This Strawberry Balsamic & Goat Cheese Pizza is a delightful fusion of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for a gourmet pizza night. The combination of fresh strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and tangy balsamic reduction is enhanced by the aromatic basil chiffonade. The crispy pizza crust provides a satisfying base, while the melted cheese brings everything together in a harmonious bite.

1 Pillsbury thin pizza crust (in a tube)
1 quart strawberries, quartered
4 oz goat cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/3 cup basil chiffonade
Balsamic reduction (store-bought or homemade)Y


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), placing a pizza stone or baking pan inside to heat up as well.
While the oven heats, roll out the pizza crust on your counter.
Once the oven is preheated, remove the pizza stone or pan and lightly spray it with non-stick spray. Place the rolled-out crust in the center of the stone.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes until it’s lightly golden (for a crispier base, preheat the stone).
Remove the crust from the oven and quickly top with quartered strawberries, goat cheese, and shredded parmesan.
Return the pizza to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is fully baked.
Drizzle the baked pizza with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with fresh basil chiffonade.
Serve immediately and enjoy this sweet and savory combination!
