Ingredients

Scale

8 refrigerated crescent rolls
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar, plus more for topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup strawberry jam
½ cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Dice the strawberries into small pieces.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles on a baking sheet.
Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
Add a teaspoon of strawberry jam on top of the cream cheese layer and spread gently.
Place a tablespoon of diced strawberries on the wider end of each triangle.
Roll up the dough starting from the wider end, ensuring the tip of the triangle ends up on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before sprinkling with additional powdered sugar and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
