Description

Ingredients
6 large celery stalks, ends trimmed off and cut into 4 pieces (see note 1)
4 ounces cream cheese, about ½ cup (120 grams)
½ small red onion, (about ¼ cup chopped)
¼ cup pecans (25 grams)
⅓ cup pecorino cheese powder (35 grams) (see note 2)
Paprika, for sprinkling
Black pepper, for sprinkling
Instructions
In a food processor, blend cream cheese, red onion, pecans, and pecorino cheese powder until smooth and well combined.
Using a spoon, fill each celery cavity with the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the filled celery sticks with a dash of paprika and black pepper to garnish.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
