Two 1 oz. packages Jello Instant Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding and Pie Filling
16 oz heavy cream, half and half, or milk (your preference)
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Mix
2 tablespoons Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (or your preferred sweetener)


Instructions

Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream (or your choice of half and half or milk), Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (or your preferred sweetener), Jello Instant Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding and Pie Filling, and pumpkin spice mix.
Whisk Together:
Using a heavy whisk, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until well combined. The mixture will be quite thick. If you prefer a thinner pudding, you can gradually add a bit more cream until the desired consistency is reached.
