2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
1 ½ cups organic unsweetened apple juice
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
Combine strawberries, apple juice, and maple syrup in a blender. Process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top as they will expand when frozen.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid. To release popsicles, run mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Enjoy immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe bag for longer storage.
