For the sauce:

2 tablespoon olive oil πŸ«’
4 garlic cloves, minced πŸ§„
ΒΌ cup California Sun Dry sun-dried tomatoes, sliced πŸ…
ΒΎ cup parmesan cheese πŸ§€
1 cup milk of choice πŸ₯›
Β½ cup water πŸ’§
Fresh basil for garnish 🌿


Instructions

1️⃣ Mix the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together, then pour onto a large plate. Coat each chicken thigh with the seasoning. πŸ§‚πŸ—

2️⃣ Heat a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium heat and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. You may need to add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet using kitchen tongs. 🍳
