4 slices sourdough bread
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, softened


Instructions

Prepare Skillet: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter Bread: Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Mix Cheeses: In a small bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
