Ingredients
35–40 saltine crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 10×15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the saltine crackers evenly on the prepared pan, ensuring they touch and are placed in even rows.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar. Whisk and let it boil for a few minutes.
Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers and spread evenly. Bake for 4 minutes.
While baking, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle white chocolate chips over the crackers, allowing them to melt.
Spread the melted chocolate over the crackers and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Let the chocolate harden, optionally refrigerating to speed up the process. Cut into pieces and serve.
