- 15 ounces tomato sauce

- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon dried basil

- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare Sweet Potatoes Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and poke each several times with a fork. Bake for 1 hour until tender.
