Welcome the holiday season with a delightful treat that brings the joy of the first snowfall right into your kitchen. Our Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs are not just cookies; they are a festive celebration wrapped in a soft, sugary package. Each bite is a blend of creamy sweetness, making them irresistible companions to your favorite cup of hot cocoa.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until light and creamy, about three minutes.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat for two more minutes.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat for another minute.
Gradually add the flour and baking powder, beating until the mixture is well combined.
Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough into mounds on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them at least two inches apart.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the cookies are just set.
Allow to cool slightly on the pan for five minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Sift confectioner’s sugar over the warm cookies.
