30 oz Can Refried Beans ๐Ÿซ˜
1/2 Cup Mild Salsa (not the kind with liquid) ๐Ÿ…
10 oz Can Red Enchilada Sauce ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese ๐Ÿง€
1/2 Cup Sliced Olives ๐Ÿซ’
2 Roma Tomatoes – chopped ๐Ÿ…
Shredded Lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ
Sliced Green Onions ๐ŸŒฟ
1/2 Cup Sour Cream ๐Ÿฆ


Instructions

1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare ground beef and taco seasoning according to package instructions. Use a potato masher to break ground beef into smaller crumbles. Set aside. ๐Ÿฅ„

2๏ธโƒฃ Heat oil in a fry pan over medium/high heat. Fry each tortilla until lightly browned and crisped. Use just enough oil to grease the bottom of the pan. ๐Ÿณ

3๏ธโƒฃ Preheat oven to 375ยบF (190ยบC). ๐Ÿ”ฅ

4๏ธโƒฃ Place one tortilla on a greased rimmed baking sheet. Top tortilla with refried beans, spread. Next, layer taco meat and salsa. Top with a second tortilla. Coat tortilla with enchilada sauce. Top with shredded cheese, olives, tomatoes, and a little more cheese. Repeat this process 3 more times to make 4 Mexican Pizzas in total. ๐Ÿฅ™๐Ÿง€

5๏ธโƒฃ Bake pizzas for 5-7 minutes to heat and melt cheese. โณ
