Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough
  • 5 colby jack cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, mix well, and set aside to cool.
  3. Step 3: Unroll the pizza dough, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 5 rectangles.
  4. Step 4: Spoon cooled taco meat down the center of each dough rectangle, place a half cheese stick on top, roll the dough around the filling, and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Step 5: Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with a mixture of melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
