- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough
- 5 colby jack cheese sticks, cut in half
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, mix well, and set aside to cool.
- Step 3: Unroll the pizza dough, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 5 rectangles.
- Step 4: Spoon cooled taco meat down the center of each dough rectangle, place a half cheese stick on top, roll the dough around the filling, and pinch the edges to seal.
