14 oz. jar pizza sauce (or substitute with pasta sauce) π

3 cups rotini pasta (measured before cooking) π
2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided π§
ΒΌ cup pepperoni, divided π
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Pasta: Cook 3 cups of rotini pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain well and set aside. π²
2οΈβ£ Cook the Meat: In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Break the beef apart with a spatula. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is thoroughly browned. Drain any excess grease from the skillet. π³
