Ingredients
5 oz fresh spinach 🥬
1 tbsp butter 🧈
1 clove garlic, smashed and minced 🧄
¼ cup heavy cream (room temperature) 🥛
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 🧀
1/8–1/4 tsp salt, or to taste 🧂
1 garlic naan flatbread 🍞
2 oz mozzarella cheese, grated 🧀
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
1–2 tsp pesto 🌿
⅛ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, for topping 🌶️
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔥
2️⃣ Chop the fresh spinach and mince the garlic. 🔪
3️⃣ Heat a deep pan to medium-high heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter. 🧈
4️⃣ Add the minced garlic and chopped spinach to the pan, sautéing until the spinach is wilted. 🍳
5️⃣ Pour in the heavy cream, add the grated parmesan cheese, and season with salt. Reduce the heat to a simmer, stirring frequently to thicken for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. 🍲
6️⃣ Spread the spinach mixture evenly onto your garlic naan flatbread. 🍞
7️⃣ Top the flatbread with grated mozzarella cheese and crumbled feta cheese. 🧀
