1 cup rolled oats 🌾
1 tbsp chia seeds 🌱
1/4 tsp salt 🧂
1 shot of espresso (or 2 tsp instant coffee) ☕
1 cup almond milk (or any milk) 🥛
1 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
1 tsp vanilla extract 🌼
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or unflavored yogurt) 🍦
1 tsp cocoa powder 🍫
Instructions
1️⃣ Add the oats, chia seeds, salt, espresso, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl or large jar. Mix together until well combined. 🥄
2️⃣ Cover and place in the fridge overnight to set, or for at least 4 hours. 🕒❄️
3️⃣ Layer the overnight oats in a bowl or jar. Top with a layer of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. 🍨🍫
