  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for serving) 🌿
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (plus more for serving) 🌿
  • 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls (pearls) 🧀
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (plus more for serving) 🧀
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

For the Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 🟡
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 🍋
  • 1/4 cup vinegar 🍶
  • 1/2 cup olive oil 🫒
  • 2 cloves finely minced or pressed garlic 🧄
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:
