Description

This Tropical Cheesecake Fruit Salad is not just a dessert; it’s a festive celebration in a bowl. With the rich creaminess of cheesecake mixed into the bright, tangy flavors of tropical fruits, it brings a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. The creamy cheesecake dressing beautifully binds the juicy slices of strawberries, tangy mandarin oranges, sweet pineapple, luscious kiwi, and succulent mango, creating a luxurious treat that’s both indulgent and refreshing.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese
3.4 oz instant cheesecake pudding mix
1 cup French Vanilla Creamer
1 lb strawberries, sliced
4 mandarin oranges, sectioned
20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 kiwis, sliced into half moons
2 mangoes, cut into chunks
1 banana, sliced
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.
Beat in the pudding mix. If thick, add a splash of creamer to loosen.
Slowly incorporate the remaining creamer, mixing until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix strawberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, and mango.
Fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit gently.
Toss banana slices in lemon juice, drain, and fold into the salad.
Chill before serving or serve immediately.
