Ingredients
10 egg roll wrappers
1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
10 slices of brie cheese (approximately 1/4–1/2 inch thick and 1 1/2 inches long)
Cranberry Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the shredded turkey with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place about 1 tablespoon of turkey, 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce, and a slice of brie on each egg roll wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wrappers, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Seal with water, place seam side down on the prepared sheet.
Spray or brush with oil, then bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and serve with cranberry mustard sauce.
