FOR THE ROLLS:
1 tube crescent roll dough
1/2 pound thin-sliced turkey breast
8 slices Gouda cheese
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup whole grain or Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a rimmed baking sheet.
Mix honey, Greek yogurt, mustard, vinegar, and cayenne for the glaze and set aside.
Unroll crescent dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle and press seams together.
Layer turkey and cheese on the dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side, seal the seam, and cut into 12 pieces.
