Description

These Turkey Sliders with Cranberry Sauce are a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors, making them ideal for any festive gathering or game day. Layered with Swiss cheese, deli turkey, and a touch of cranberry sauce, each bite is bursting with comforting flavors. The rolls are brushed with a delicious honey mustard butter sauce that infuses each slider with an extra layer of rich, tangy sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale

Honey Mustard Butter Sauce:
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Turkey Sliders with Cranberry Sauce:
1 (12-ounce) package King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12 slider rolls)
12 slices Swiss cheese (1 ounce each, for a total of 12 ounces)
12 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey breast (recommendation: Boar’s Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Turkey Breast)
3/4 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

Prepare the Honey Mustard Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Stir well and set aside.
Assemble the Sliders: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking tray with foil.
Place the tray of rolls on a cutting board and slice horizontally through the middle, keeping the rolls connected. Lift the top half off as a unit.
Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the prepared baking tray. Layer with 6 slices of Swiss cheese, followed by the sliced turkey. Spoon the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey, then layer on the remaining 6 slices of cheese. Replace the top half of the rolls.
Add the Sauce: Spoon the honey mustard butter sauce over the top of the rolls, ensuring it’s evenly spread.
Bake: Cover the rolls with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the tops turn golden.
Serve: Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!
