1Β½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced π

1 cup heavy cream π₯
1/2 cup chicken broth π
1 teaspoon garlic powder π§
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning πΏ
1/2 cup parmesan cheese π§
1 cup spinach, chopped π±
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained π
Instructions
1οΈβ£ In a large skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken and set it aside. π³
2οΈβ£ Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese to the skillet. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken. πΆ
3οΈβ£ Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt. π
4οΈβ£ Add the chicken back to the pan and serve over pasta if desired. π
