Ingredients

500 ml cold whipping cream
1 vanilla bean
300 ml sweetened condensed milk
3 to 4 tablespoons homemade or store-bought praline
Optional praline for garnish
Crushed roasted hazelnuts
1 generous pinch of salt


Instructions

In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream with the seeds scraped from the vanilla bean until it forms soft peaks—be careful not to over-whip.
Add a pinch of salt and gradually fold in the sweetened condensed milk using a whisk or a spatula.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container (I used a loaf pan for visual appeal during presentation).
Stir in the praline with a knife to create marbling effects, then sprinkle with praline if using. Cover and freeze for at least 12 hours.
Before serving, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes for a creamier texture and easier serving.
Garnish with crushed roasted hazelnuts and more praline for an extra treat!
