Ingredients
Nice Cream:
4 medium bananas, about 450 grams, sliced
4 oz vegan cream cheese
3 Tbsp extra concentrated coffee or coffee extract
Decoration:
1 Tbsp cocoa powder, for sifting on top
Instructions
Peel and freeze bananas until completely solid, about 8 hours.
Slice the frozen bananas into 1-inch slices.
