Half of a Large Watermelon
Fruit Dip Ingredients:
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Strawberries
1–2 TB Honey
Helpful Kitchen Tools:
Crinkle Fry Cutter
High powered blender
Instructions
Cut the watermelon in half, and then slice into round discs about 1/2 inch thick.
Cut across the middle of each disc to create two semi-circle shaped halves.
Use the crinkle cutter to cut out your watermelon fries, working from one side of each watermelon half to the other side.
Remove any excess rind and add to your compost.
Place the watermelon fries on a large serving tray.
Blend the strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and honey in a high-powered blender until smooth.
Serve the watermelon fries with the strawberry yogurt dip.
