Ingredients
3 cups watermelon, cubed 🍉
3/4 cup coconut yogurt 🥥
4–5 kiwis, cubed 🥝
Instructions
1️⃣ Blend Watermelon: Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender or food processor until smooth. 🍉
2️⃣ Freeze Watermelon Layer: Transfer the watermelon puree into popsicle molds, filling them about one-third of the way. Freeze for 3 hours. ❄️
3️⃣ Add Yogurt Layer: Once the watermelon layer is set, add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over it. Put the molds back in the freezer for another 1.5 hours. 🥥❄️
4️⃣ Blend Kiwi: Peel and cube the kiwis, then blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth. 🥝
5️⃣ Freeze Kiwi Layer: Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in the molds, filling them to the top. Freeze for 6 hours, or until completely frozen. ❄️🥝
