  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the softened butter into a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the butter until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cinnamon and one tablespoon of pumpkin puree to the creamy butter. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Continue adding the remaining pumpkin puree one tablespoon at a time, mixing well after each addition, waiting 30 seconds between each.
  3. Once all the pumpkin has been incorporated, add the honey and vanilla to the mixture. Continue to beat the ingredients together for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the whipped butter into a sealable container and move it to the refrigerator for storage.
