Description

This Garlic Rosemary White Pizza is a delightful twist on the classic pizza, perfect for those who love a rich, cheesy experience without the tomato sauce. The combination of creamy ricotta, gooey mozzarella, and sharp Parmesan cheeses creates a luscious topping, while the garlic and rosemary infuse the pizza with an aromatic, savory flavor that’s hard to resist.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb pizza dough
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper

Instructions

Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450º-500ºF (232º-260ºC) for at least 30 minutes.
Lightly flour a piece of parchment paper and flatten the pizza dough into a large circle, about 14 inches in diameter.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil. Brush this mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
Dollop the ricotta cheese evenly over the crust and gently spread it out. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the ricotta.
Lightly sprinkle crushed red pepper over the top, adjusting the amount based on your preferred level of heat.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until the edges are browned and the cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
