Description

This White Ravioli Casserole is a cozy and satisfying dish that combines the richness of Alfredo sauce with layers of cheese ravioli, savory sausage, and fresh spinach. It’s an easy-to-prepare meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or a comforting family dinner. The combination of gooey cheese, tender ravioli, and flavorful sausage makes every bite a delight.

Ingredients

Scale

2 (25oz) bags frozen or premade cheese ravioli
1 (9.6oz) bag pre-cooked sausage crumbles
2 cups baby spinach, chopped and packed
2 (15oz) jars Alfredo sauce (basil Alfredo sauce preferred)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread 1-2 spoonfuls of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish or large casserole dish.
Arrange a layer of ravioli in the dish, placing them close together so they touch. Top with 1 cup of chopped spinach and half of the sausage crumbles.
Drizzle some Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a third layer of ravioli.
Cover the final layer of ravioli with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top, along with more cracked black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are browned and the casserole is bubbling.
Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
