- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 large tortillas, wrap size
- 1 1/3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1 whole avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Fritos, crushed

- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until well combined. This will serve as the flavorful base of your roll-ups.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread approximately one heaping tablespoon of the prepared sauce over the bottom half of the tortilla, ensuring to leave about a 1-inch border on each side. On top of the sauce, evenly distribute the following: ⅓ cup of shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons of diced tomato, a quarter of the diced avocado, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, and a half cup of shredded chicken. Finally, sprinkle ¼ cup of crushed Fritos for an added crunch, and drizzle another tablespoon of the sauce over the top.
