Ingredients
4 cups grated zucchini π₯
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese π§
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese π§
1 egg π₯
1 tsp garlic parsley salt π§
1 cup grated cheese of choice (for topping) π§
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Squeeze all the juices out of the grated zucchini. (Tip: Use a cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel to help remove as much liquid as possible.) π§
2οΈβ£ In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic parsley salt. Stir until everything is well combined. π²
3οΈβ£ On a lined baking dish, spread out the zucchini mixture in a thin layer, about half an inch in thickness. This allows the bottom to crisp up nicely. π§βπ³
4οΈβ£ Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 15 minutes. β²οΈ
5οΈβ£ Remove the baked crust from the oven and top it with your choice of cheese (mozzarella or Mexican cheese works great). Bake for an additional 2-5 minutes, just until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. π₯
