Combining the irresistible flavors of garlic and Parmesan, this dish promises to be a hit among both adults and children alike. Let’s dive into how you can make these delectable wings at home with a simple step-by-step recipe that takes just 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, divided use
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced parsley

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Wings:
    • Begin by cutting the wings at each joint and discard the wing tips or save them for making stock.
  2. Fry the Wings:
    • Pour vegetable oil into a large, heavy-bottomed pot to a depth of about 4 inches, or alternatively, use a deep fryer. Heat the oil to 350°F.
    • Deep-fry the wings in batches for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once the wings start to brown slightly, remove them from the oil and let them drain on a wire rack set over a cookie sheet.
  3. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
    • While the wings are frying, melt the butter in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add the seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Coat the Wings:
    • Place the fried wings in a large bowl. Drizzle the garlic Parmesan sauce over them and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve with Garnish:
    • Sprinkle the coated wings with the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh minced parsley before serving.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, toss chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Place water in the Instant Pot, insert the trivet, then arrange the wings on the trivet. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 6 minutes. It will take about 15 minutes to pressurize.
